County. He used to work for his inlaws painting but he has since opened his own shop. He is doing (value) $2,500 paint jobs for $1,400.00, he does all my work and have sent about 8 cars to him in the past few months. Let me know if you want to talk to him (since my new site is not up yet) and I can get you pics of his work.
